Returns
Bought a LittleLine and it's not quite what you were expecting? No problem at all. You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back — no awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through. The only thing we ask is that the phone comes back in the same condition it left us. Original shipping costs aren't included in the refund, but everything else is covered.
Sending something back
Just drop us an email at returns@littlelinekids.com with your order number and we'll take it from there, sending you everything you need to get it back to us safely. One thing to bear in mind — please wait for our instructions before sending anything back, as returns that arrive unannounced can't be processed.
Something not right with your order?
Give everything a once-over when your LittleLine arrives. If the phone is damaged, something's missing from the box, or we've made an error with your order, get in touch as soon as you can and we'll put it right.
Getting your money back
As soon as your return lands with us, we'll check it over and keep you updated. Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method — usually within 10 working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement. If 15 working days have passed and you're still waiting, email returns@littlelinekids.com and we'll chase it down.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct swaps at the moment. If you need a different item, the simplest route is to return what you have and place a fresh order.
Cancelling your subscription
Returning your hardware doesn't automatically cancel your LittleLine subscription — these are handled separately. To cancel, head to app.littlelinekids.com, sign in, go to Account, and hit Cancel Subscription.
