What is Little Line?

LittleLine is a screen-free home phone for children. It connects to your home WiFi and lets your child make voice calls to a list of contacts you approve — nothing more. No internet, no apps, no texting.

How does it work?

When your LittleLine arrives, you plug it in, connect it to your WiFi, and activate it through the Little Line app using the code included in the box. From there, you add the contacts your child is allowed to call, set the hours the phone is active, and you're done.

Who can my child call?

Only the contacts you add through the app. Your child cannot call anyone who isn't on their approved list, and no one outside that list can call them either.

Does Little Line use the internet?

It connects via your home WiFi to make calls, but it doesn't give your child access to the internet in any way. There's no browser, no apps, and no way to go online.

Is there a screen?

No. LittleLine is a traditional handset — just buttons and a dial tone. There's nothing to swipe, scroll, or get distracted by.

What does the app do?

The LittleLine app is for parents only. You use it to manage your child's contacts, set quiet hours (so the phone goes silent at bedtime or during school), and pause calling whenever you need to.

Can I set hours when the phone won't work?

Yes. You can set a calling schedule so the phone is only active during the times you choose. Outside those hours, calls are automatically blocked.

What does it cost?

LittleLine is £8.99 per month, which covers everything — unlimited approved contacts and all calls within the Little Line network. There are no hidden fees or call charges.

Do both children need a Little Line to call each other?

To call another child on the network, yes — both children need their own LittleLine. To call family members like grandparents, they can be added as a contact directly.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from within the app. Once cancelled, the phone will stop working at the end of the billing period.

Is my child's data safe?

LittleLine only stores what it needs to run the service — your account details and your approved contact list. We don't collect data on your child and we don't share information with third parties.

What if I have more than one child?

You can manage multiple phones from the same parent account, each with their own contacts and calling schedule.
